      <title>My Phone cable 1000 product has been activated but i haven't received any device</title>

      <description>Hi ,&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently ordered Phone cable 1000 internet and then unitymedia sent the device but due to no name on door device returned back to the unitymedia.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And i checked with customer care chat and they told me that your contract is deleted and you have to place a new contract and then i place a new contract again .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now i have received a letter from Vodafone with customer number&amp;nbsp; and also on my number i got the message that my product has been activated&amp;nbsp; but i have no device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried unitymedia helpline but nobody is speaking english .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help and let me know what information you required from me.:fearful:&lt;/P&gt;</description>
