Activation failure of WLAN cable router and Wifi Router

Hello,

I have got a new WLAN router and Wifi Router (I don't' know why these came together).

On the first day automatically WLAN router connected when I plugged in and got an internet connection.

But from the second day onwards it asks for activation and disconnected.

Then I saw my documents that came with the packet and by mistake, I did not notice the activation number.

I requested a new activation number and presently I have many different activation numbers none of them are working. At the moment I don't have an internet connection and I am unable to connect it.

I am struggling for two weeks and I am fade up.

Please suggest the right procedure and help me out.

Hi Aslam20,

for cable, no activation code is actually required. You only need it for your own device. Have you possibly signed 2 contracts and therefore got 2 devices?

Have you ever tried to connect the second router?
