Change of Tarrif for my Red internet and Phone 500 Cable into Red internet and Phone 50 Cable

Hallo,

I have RP 500 Cable contract since last year. As per the contract, I can change the plan after 12 months to lower speeds. However, I cannot change the tarif to 50mbps through my service portal. The only option I have are 1000 and some business plan. Can someone help me in changing my plan to 50mbps.

it isn‘t possible to downgrade the tarif over the service portal, neither regularly after the minimum term of contract nor as part of the „Wechselgarantie“ like in your case.

Please wait for a moderator of the forum (which are employees of Vodafone), they should be able to help you with your issue.

the smallest tariff you can switch is Red Internet & Phone 100 for 34,99 €. The change is possible on 19th of june 2020.

I read somewhere on the website about lower speeds. Can't i choose the lower speed? I this something related to my particular contract?

within the change guarantee, you can change to the tariffs stated on your order confirmation. These are Red Internet & Phone 100 and Red Internet & Phone 200.
