I made contrast with Vodafone on Feb 12. My address is Friedrichstr.76. My bank aacount received a bill of 107Euro on Apr 1. I received a package form Vodafone via DHL. When I open it I found it was GigaTV. The point is I did not order this service at all. How could you do this without my permission? I will return it back to Vodafone tommorrow. Please cancel my contrast and return my money back to me!!!!

what exactly were you doing in February? Did you sign a contract, if so, for what exactly? If there has been a misunderstanding here, then you have to cancel the contract and send the device back. The easiest way to do this is via our contact form.

I made two contracts with Vodafone in the shop of vodafone Aquis Plaza. One is Internet for home, the other one is for my sim-card. But I was told there were three contracts in the system, another one is GigaTV. I don't know how it happen. I did not order that service at all! The contracts in my hand show only two contracts! The guy should cheated me. Nobody could do this without my permission!
