Hello,

I switched from giga-kombi 400 youth to cable max1000 without any mobile option. Only 39.99 as advertised.

But I got an bill with mobile charges included(9.99) and another mail regarding gig-kombi still active till 18-may-2020.

Can you please check once ?

Hi mukul,

your GigaKombi will be removed because the conditions no longer apply. Do you even have a mobile phone contract with Vodafone? The option is currently on the invoice, but you will also receive a credit note for the same amount.

Hello Lars,

I don't have any mobile contracts, neither with Giga Kombi nor CablweMax1000.

Some of my doubts:
I'll be charged 39.99 for CableMax1000 as advertised earlier?

I never opted for mobile contracts. And in the invoice there is still money for mobile contracts and i paid for it.

Hello mukul,

I cancelled the gigacombi components. In your invoice you will also find the receipt for 9,99 €. The flat was therefore free of charge.

Nothing changes on your contract CableMax for 39,99 €.

Just one last clarification:

I've attached my bill for April where I paid 53.21 euros.

So from may it will be 39.99?

Hallo mukul,

in your last bill you were charged CableMax for the period 19th of March. to 31th of March and the whole of April. That's why the bill was slightly higher.
