Your contract will be terminated at your old address and you will use it again at your new address in Hamburg.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello customer care,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was asked to raise a new thread for my request to be processed, so here I am.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had an cable internet connection in munich. Since then I have moved to Hamburg. The apartment where I moved to already has an internet connection and I am not allowed to get my own internet connection. So I called the customer care and I was told that I am eligible to get the contract terminated under special circumstances (&lt;SPAN&gt;sonderkündigung&lt;/SPAN&gt;) and I was asked to write an email to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;widerrus@vodafone.com, which I did. I received a reply asking me to raise a new thread here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am not posting my details here for obvious reasons. You can use your connection also at the new address.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Moderators,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead of opening a new thread, I am replying to this existing thread and hoping to get an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I was able to get my contract terminated under special circumstances as I already mentioned in the main thread. However, I did not know about this until very late. After the contract was terminated, I was unable to send back my router in 14 days and I understand that there is a 100 euro penalty for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I finally managed to rent a new place in Hamburg and I checked for the availability of Kabel Deutschland internet and it is indeed available in my new apartment. The previous tenant used the Vodafone Kabel service, so I can use the same router. Please have a look at my new address on the portal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, i have a couple of questions. When I called the customer service a couple of days ago, I was informed that my contract is terminated and you basically told me to connect the router and start using the internet again. If my contract is terminated how can I just connect the router and start using the internet? Is my contract not terminated yet then?
