I moved back to France end of 2019.
On 22.11.2019, I transfert 165 euros to pay for Jan., Feb. and March 2020 3 last Months of contract to of early termination.
Nevertheless, I can see in my German bank account that Vodafon did withdraw Monthlee fee from Jan. Feb. and March 2020. Therefore, it means that subscription has been paid twice.
Therefore, I kindly ask you to refund 165euros on my German account.
