      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the English post, my German is limited.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Last week, I changed from Red Phone and Internet 100 to CableMax 1000.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately I am going to cancel within the 14 day withdrawl period, as I'm having some problems with the quality of the router (&lt;SPAN&gt;CGA4233DE)&lt;/SPAN&gt; and the removal of IPv4.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I realise to initiate the withdrawl I email&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;kabel-widerruf@vodafone.com but I am not sure how this works, is my connection restored to my previous plan and my original modem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(CH7466CE) re-activated?&amp;nbsp; It's important I don't lose connection for a time, as like many, I'm working from home right now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="page"&gt;&lt;DIV class="section"&gt;&lt;DIV class="layoutArea"&gt;&lt;DIV class="column"&gt;&lt;DIV class="page"&gt;&lt;DIV class="section"&gt;&lt;DIV class="layoutArea"&gt;&lt;DIV class="column"&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3236570"&gt;@Tina&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Frohe Ostern!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I did as instructed, received confirmation back and plugged in the old router.&amp;nbsp; It won't connect (@ symbol flashing constantly).&amp;nbsp; I've tried a factory reset.&amp;nbsp; It's been like this for over 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; Should it take this long?&amp;nbsp; The CableMax router no longer connects either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
