      <title>Cable internet 100/50 performance issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day, community&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For over two weeks we've had to work from home and are suffering with terrible internet performance. Aside from daily disconnects, we're not getting the performance we pay for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We pay the additional 2.99 a month for 50Mb upload (a service which seems to now be for free? Why do we still pay?) but struggle to even reach 15mb.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our router has its own connection speed test onboard; you'll see download is relatively good, often hitting our 100Mb max speed, which is fine. Uploads barely reach 15mb. No good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://ip2.i.lithium.com/29f3df57d1d1dbe53e2410882386e657331ce550/68747470733a2f2f692e696d6775722e636f6d2f5151417a5238532e6a7067" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few weeks ago the results were far better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I work in IT, so I'll not accept simple suggestions like rebooting my router. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":zwinkerndes_Gesicht_mit_Zunge:"&gt;😜&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead, I would appreciate my connection being tested and corrected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
