Hallo zusammen,

momentan nutzen wir den Tarif Internet & Phone Kabel 100 (39,99 € inkl. Fritzbox) und möchten auf CableMax 500 (39,99 €) wechseln.

Bei dem Schritt: Tarifwechsel wird die momentan kostenlos gebuchte Option "Mobile & Euro-Flat" erst entfernt und dann kostenpflichtig hinzugefügt.

1. Kann ich diese Option weiterhin kostenlos nutzen? Ist das ein Fehler? Mein Handyvertrag ist GigaKombi berechtigt und wird bereits dadurch günstiger.

2. Bekomme ich dann kostenlos die neuere FirtzBox 6491 zugeschickt?
