[English] Can't track package due to name having special characters

Hello everyone. Around the 12 of December I ordered to router package but since then I've been unable to track or have any information about it since my name contains special characters (ã).

I was allowed to register like this, but the tracking website doesn't allow it.

Is there any way I can change this?

you don't your name to track a package from Vodafone. When package is on the road, you should receive a SMS with a "Paketnummer". You type it in here, et voilà.

Seems like nothing is found when using that website. The ID I was given begins with "ARC" and is following by numbers. In the email it also mentions I can track the progress in https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/services/status-ohne-login except then I get an error message because I insert invalid characters 😕

Ah, I see. That's something completely different. 😉 I have no quick solution for that. A mod can give you the information you need. And maybe give a hint to the IT, that their website isn't working as intended.
