&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I made a number of changes in Novermber and December to my account following some transmission disruption.&amp;nbsp; I was told to expect a&amp;nbsp; new momnthly charge of 39.95 euros per m onth.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The last few charges were 14,90 EUROS on 05.12.2019&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 29.59 Euros on&amp;nbsp; 12.12,2019&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and then two charges on 13.01.2020 of&amp;nbsp; 57.75&amp;nbsp; Euros and 299.90 Euros&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I called customer service, I was told that one of your products, that was sent to me, was not returned and that explained the charge of 299,90&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It was a confusing time and I received many different electronic components from Vodaphone. BUT I DID RETURN THEM ALL.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I currently have a Fritzbox 6490 and a receiver from Vodaphone. Everything else has been returned.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope that after a customer relationship of10 years, I am not seen as dishonest.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know exactly what my monthly charges will be in the future, and what can be done to get that 299,90 Euro charge reversed .&lt;/P&gt;
