Dear Vodafone Team,

I asked (and got the confirmation) for the termination of my cable contract on the 2nd of April 2020.

I still have the modem box at my place and I would like to subscribe to a new contract with you. I see some Vodafone cable offers which include 50Mbits/sec Download for 19,99 E per month for the first 2 years (contract binding for 2 years).

May I ask to have this 50Mbits offer, starting on the 2nd of April, and keep my Modem Box ? (I would like to avoid sending back my modem to vodafone, then having a new modem to be installed by a technicien etc)

I stay at your disposal if you need any other information.

Hello OnceIAteAnApple,

you have to order the contract completely new and you will also get a new router. You cannot use the old contract with a new contract.

Please book the new contract via your customer portal.
