[English] Cannot connent to vpn via Kabel Internet

Greeting community!

My German is not good enough now therefore I have to use English. Sorry for that.

I am using Vodafone Kabel Internet and WLAN cable router Vodafone Station. However, I cannot connect to any VPN that I have now ( A office VPN in my laptop and a VPN in my mobile phone). I noticed that in the configuration settings of the router. There is only a public ipv6 address, does it means that I don't have a public ipv4 address so that I cannot connect to my VPN? I don't have this problem in other places and I am so confused. Also, I wanted to try to use Bridge mode that I have seen on other pages. But when I follow the guide, I cannot find the setting about Bridge mode .

Can anyone help me figure out this issue? Thanks in advance!

Hello ZZ071,

if there is only one IPv6 address in your router, then you have no IPv4 address

Where are you trying to set the bridge mode? Via the router's user interface, or via the customer portal?
