[English] Please cancel my internet contract

Hello,

Can you please provide me with instruction for how I can request cancellation of my internet contract? Based on previous answers there used to be an email you could send to, but that no longer works.

Internet has been unusable for the past few days due to interference on the network, which is not acceptable for my work. Contract was due to end this June, but I wish to cancel early due to those reasons.

Hey,

before you quit, I'd like to take a look at the facts, do you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.
