      <title>Internet not working and unable to talk to Tech Support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there, I have had a significant problem with my internet connection for the last few weeks but today it has gone competely out of control. Here is the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Internet is alright only within a few meters of the router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Today, even though both my computer and my phone say that I'm connected to wifi, my connection is so erratic and so intermittent that I am unable to even download emails or load a simple google doc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Forget about watching netflix!! the app won't even load on the TV&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Connection comes and goes even though it show that I am connected to wifi all the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is now becoming a major emergency since because of the virus I am doing home office. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;DMS&lt;/P&gt;</description>
