Sending documentation to cancel contract

I am trying to cancel my contract as I am leaving Germany. I placed a contact sheet informing Vodfone as to the date to cancel my service. I received an email stating they required "proof" of me leaving the country. I replied back with a copy of my military orders showing my depature was set for 19 May.

I continue to receive more email requests for such proof and I continue to send copies of my orders. You have no customer service email, I can upload documents onto this web forum, however I am not going to upload military orders on an unsecured website. I cannot send them via private message, and no one answers your whatsapp number....so here we are....posting on a public forum asking for help. Why you do not have a simple email like every other company is strange to me.

Please advise as to how I can send my "proof" to show I am leaving Germany.

Hi Shamrock0211,

I see you've already sent the military order to us via WhatsApp. With this all is clarified and the termination was already confirmed to 19.05.2020. Do you have any further questions?
