Dear Sir/Madam,

My internet contract says:

"Red Internet & Phone Young 200 Cable: Preis 1.-12. Monat nur 17,99 Euro,

12 Wochen Kündigungsfrist zum Ende der Mindestvertragslaufzeit von 24 Monaten.

Nach Ablauf von 12 Monaten können Sie kostenlos zum Tarif Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable für 34,99 monatlich wechseln"

I would like to know what options do I have to downgrade? Can I only downgrade to Red Internet & Phone 100 or do I have any cheaper option?

Please let me know. Awaiting for reply

Hello Wali234,

you can only downgrade after 24 months with the exception of the offer from your order confirmation after 12 months.

take a look at your client portal. Otherwise I can help you. For this I need your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message. Afterwards, please register again here in the thread.

I finished your contract conversion. You can use your Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable tariff from 29.03.2020. You will receive a confirmation shortly before.
