Hello Vodafone team,

This is manoj Singh having Vodafone cable internet. my contract number is xxxxx. i want change my tariff from 500MBPS to 50 mbps.

Could you please do it for me as i am unable to talk to customer care because of Language problem. they only speaks in german.

would you like to take advantage of the exchange guarantee and switch to a smaller tariff? Do I understand correctly that you have already requested this? Or did it not work out because of the language?
