Cable connection available but local partner denies installation

Hello,

Sorry to write in english but is the way I can make the problem clearer.

I live in the Cannstatterstr. ***/1 in Fellbach (70734), in a 2017 newly built housing complex with 6 buildings.

It happens that all buildings are connected to the internet via building ***, meaning that all cables from the street comes to number ***and all the houses are connected to this "technikraum".

Due to this technical constelation, address *** is marked as not available. As my neighbours did, I gave address *** for the installation but the local partner S30 denies intallation as this is not the address where I live.

Can you please support me on making the address *** available?
