Dear Vodafone team,

I still haven't received any bills nor payment has been deducted from my account.
Can you please take a look into this?

please send me the complete address and please check the customer number again and write it to me with the last 4 numbers of your IBAN by private message.

Hello n_sreckovic,

the order under the customer number sent by you was cancelled. The street didn't quite work out. Your current contract has a different customer number. Since you still had a credit balance, nothing has been debited yet. You can find your invoices in your customer portal, where you can track everything. Do you still have your contract documents?
