No apartment number specified

Hi,

I recently subscribe a cable contract but I was not asked to specify my apartment number for the contract, which is I think really important to get the internet delivered to my apartment.

I do not see in my account where I should specify it and unfortunatly as I do not speak german I cannot call the customer Service.

Is someone here able to help me?

Ich habe kürzlich einen Kabelvertrag abgeschlossen, aber ich wurde nicht gebeten, meine Wohnungsnummer für den Vertrag anzugeben. Das halte ich für sehr wichtig, damit das Internet in meine Wohnung geliefert wird.

Ich sehe in meinem Konto nicht, wo ich es angeben soll, und leider kann ich den Kundenservice nicht anrufen, da ich kein Deutsch spreche.

Kann mir hier jemand helfen?

As long as the address is correct, there is no need for any special apartment numbers or so.

Hi Valentin,

the exact number of the apartment will not be necessary. The connections are mostly plug & play and therefore the correct address is sufficient.
