Hi.

I want to cancel the contract, because im leaving the country, Please tell how can i do this. I havent found any option on website.

But why cancellation is assigned at 30/04? I have specified the exact date of 31/01. After that date i will no longer stay in Germany and close my bank account.

the termination date is determined by the provisions of the Telecommunications Act. Accordingly, the notice period for a move is three months from the date of the move.

I'm sorry, but we can't confirm another date for you.
