Hello , for home DSL internet service, suddenly the Modem's Telephone lamp is red ( both Internet and WLan are green) and there is no Internet service . Can you help me ?

PS : I dont even have a phone connected .

Same situation for me. The Power/DSL is lit. But there is no internet.

And noticed a strange behavior. WhatsApp messaging works but media uploading/downloading does not work.

Could not access Google, Skype, GMail etc. and all other internet sites from browser. Please help with a resolution.

sorry. We had a major disruption. It's been fixed since yesterday morning. If it's still not working for you, please restart the router.

Hey all,

we had some issues with our DNS-Server . Should've been fixed since ~ 10 o'clock yesterday.
Is everything working properly now?

If not, please try restarting the modem.
