      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello , for home DSL internet service, suddenly the Modem's Telephone lamp is red ( both Internet and WLan are green) and there is no Internet service . Can you help me ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS : I dont even have a phone connected .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same situation for me. The Power/DSL is lit. But there is no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And noticed a strange&amp;nbsp;behavior. WhatsApp messaging works but media uploading/downloading does not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could not access Google, Skype, GMail etc. and all other internet sites from browser. Please help with a resolution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Should've been fixed since ~ 10 o'clock yesterday.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is everything working properly now?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If not, please try restarting the modem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Andre&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
