      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can not freely speak German and need an assistance in contract replacement (i have teminated previous one). Vodafone stated that its having super cool "Angebot" for me, but there were no luck to get it - none of the people who called me nor i have called to were able to speak English.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Even though customer service people promised few times that they will find another person who speaks English to call me back. But next time they called - was the same story....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3893024"&gt;@Manu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To clarify the post above:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- i cancelled my current contract - because after 2 years you need to pay 40 EUR every month and people need to cancel + get new contract every 2 years (which is weird and unclear to me, but that is how it is)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Vodafone stated that there is an "Angebot" for me - new contract with better/cheaper conditions - but I cant get it - since no one speaks English.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to see what is available for me by Vodafone prior changing the Internet Provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We can't do anything about that either.
