Account Termination Process Related Query

Dear Vodafone,

Here is my case. I am planning to leave Deutschland in March 2020. My current Vodafone internet contract is ending on 21 Jan 2020. I have already cancelled my contract in anticipation that I will leave in January 2020. Coincidently contract was also ending in this month so I took call of contract termination in past.

Is it possible to extend contract by 2 months? Is there any other way to handle this situation?

you want to postpone the termination of your contract because you will leave Germany in March instead of January? Have I understood that correctly?

that can be done. Send me a private message with your name, address, customer number and date of birth. Please also give me the exact date when the contract should be terminated. Afterwards please contact me again here in the thread.

i have cancelled the old termination and reinstated it as of 31/03/2010. You will also receive a confirmation with the new date.
