Switch to lower tariff for my internet contract

Hello,

I am having a contract with Vodafone cable internet - I am courrently using Red 200 package, however from 13th month I want to chnage it into Red 50 package - could you please help?

I have marked the tariff change for may 2020. You will receive the order confirmation as soon as the change has been completed.

Thanks for your help. I understand that from May,2020 the new Red50 plan would be enabled for me -however, could you please confirm the how much I would be charged?

While taking the connection the salesperson said it would be 19.99 Euro per month after 12 months if you change to Red 50 plan (basically the same amount that I am paying now) - Can you please confirm?

unfortunately that wasn't correct. The price will be 29,99 Euro, as stated in your order confirmation to your tariff.
