The first shipment took place at the beginning of december. The package was returned to us. So far it has not been sent again. I'll take care of it now.

thanks for the honest feedback.

Is there any possibility to know the tracking number ( sent to my registered email address) ??

Without the tracking number, i will have no possibility to track.

My journey so far:

Shipment being returned , yes i was informed about it around 7th Dec ( did not receive the tracking number).

Since then me, my wife and my friends have been calling customer care for reordering and every time we hear only one response "Giga box has been sent again, but we cannot provide a tracking number"

your response is very promising, looking forward to your feedback.
