New IBAN and moved switched to Vodafone from existing contract to Vodafone

I need help in regard to a couple of things.

1. I have switched to Vodafone from another company contract. I was told that the contract covers the payment while I am in the notice period but I have received the bill for this month. I have now got the cancellation letter from the previous company. What should I do now?

2. I have updated the new IBAN and not yet received the SEPA form for direct deduction.

Could you please help me with these above situations?

Hi SaPo,

thanks for the pm.

Your first invoice has a credit amount, so you actually have not to pay anything.

That our contract will not be charged until the old contract is closed is called Restlaufzeitprogramm. Unfortunately this was not chosen, when you ordered the contract. Therefore, please send me the cancellation confirmation of your old provider via pm.

You can update your IBAN in the customer portal.

Hi SaPo,

I have taken care of the reimbursement of costs from 06.11.19 to 31.01.20. You will find the credit on the next, at the latest the next but one invoice.

Have you already tried to change the IBAN in the customer portal?

Thanks for taking care of it, yes I did update the IBAN already in the portal. But I have not received any response and the document for signing the Sepa authorization.

Hello Lars,

A qucik update. I have just verfied my bank detials on the portal and there seems to be no IBAN details in there. I have updated my IBAN and email, I will get back you in 48 hours and updated if I have received any mandate.
