Vodafone Account Termination

I was directed to go to here to get my problem resolved as i do not speak german.

I cancelled my service with Vodafone at the end of June 2019.
Why does the termination date say July 2020?
Why am i still being charged?
I am no longer in germany as i left on military orders.
What can i do to fix this?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

- Photo Copy of military order.

your cancellation was not processed correctly. I'm correcting that now. You will receive a new confirmation by e-mail.

One more note: we cannot cancellation your contract retroactively. All fees as of 19th of August 2019 will be refunded. I still need your bank details for this. Send it to me in a private message.
