Dear Moderators,

My contract finishes on 02.01.2020 and I have to return the modem. I am not available to return it within the first 14 days after the termination date. Therefore, I want to return it now to avoid penalizations but i dont have Retourenschein. Could you please authotize it so that I can return the device on time.

In the website MeinKabel / Meine Vertragsdaten /Internet Phone /Gekündigtes Produkt, it shows:

"Derzeit liegen keine offenen Geräteforderungen vor. Sobald Geräte an uns zurückgeschickt werden müssen, werden sie hier angezeigt".

An early return of the modem is not possible.

If you no longer have a return sending slip, you must send it back at your own expense.

as @Kurtler has already mentioned, please send the modem to the given address.

You can send back your modem before the contract ends.
