Contract termination, when to request?

Hello,

I saw on my contract that the last possible date to cancel my contract is 15.01.2020 (Letztmöglicher Kündigungseingang bis:15.01.2020).

Should I make the request on 15.01.2020 or can I already start the process? How do I proceed to cancel?

Hello André,

you can cancel your contract at any time. The date 15.01.2020 only means that it must be done by then, otherwise it is too late for a cancellation in the current term. By the way, you can cancel via the contact form.

Thanks for the answer. Another question: If I cancel now, until when I will keep paying? I will pay until march, monthly or I will pay all the remanescents at once at the termination?

The invoices are created month by month until the end of the contract, as before. Until the contract ends. The cancellation does not change the invoicing as long as the contract is still running.
