    <description>Dear All,&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In August 2019 someone from UnityMedia came to my home and told Vodafone is changing all its DSL to UnityMedia and took details from my Vodafone contract and created a contract. Next Day I inquired from Vodafone and the denied any such thing so I replied to that unityMedia person to cancel and do not proceed after that I ignored this thing and today I saw unityMedia is debiting money from my bank every month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have any UnitiyMedia device they have not setup any connection which I can see at my home so I assumed they have already cancelled but they have not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me here to cancel and sort out this issue, I can see currently I am paying unfortunately for two DSL (Vodafone (existing) and UnityMedia (faslyly created))&lt;/P&gt;</description>
