Hi, I will go back to China, so I want to end my contract on 01.01.2020.

However, on the page "Meine Internet & Phone Kündigung" it shows as following,

> Vertragsende: 04.01.2021

> Vertragsnummer: *********

> Kündigungsstatus: in Bearbeitung

How can I end my contract on 01.01.2020?

Hi fuluwia,

in this case we can terminate the contract with a period of 3 months starting from the day of the move. Please send us your customer number, name, date of birth and address in an private message.

Is 31.03.2020 the earliest day to terminate my contract?

Can I terminate the contract on 31.12.2019?

Hi fuluwia,

in case of relocation the contract is terminated with a period of 3 months. The period begins with the day of the removal. An earlier date is therefore not possible.

yes you have three months left to pay. The easiest way is to transfer the money.
