    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Vodafone kabel connection was supposed to be downgraded to another speed after 1 year of my contract (This is why I opted in the first place). I have called several times to customer service for the same. However, since 2 months I am paying double of what I wanted to pay because of this. Please, can someone take a look?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please DM for kunndernummer and other information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
