I want to cancel my existing contract (Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable) at the end of the contract period.

Then you have to write a termination letter to VF. You can use email, fax or post letter.

I recommend to use email (via contact form). Further information you will also find in your account data profile.

Note: If you got rented hardware (e.g. cable router) by VF then you have to send back those hardware to VF after contract ending.

Yes, I did fill some form and ask for cancelation, and got answer to open thread here on forum.vodafone.de
Can you please send me link to that form, I will do it again?
