A blinking red light above internet is not turning off and if I go into the settings, it says that DOCSIS is offline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I have this resolved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
