I'll move abroad on 11th September, 2019. So, I want to terminate my main contract. Please let me know the procedure. Also please let me know how I can return the router. Looking forward to your kind reply.

I took care of the cancellation. Your contract ends on 11th of december 2019. The period of notice is 3 months (from the day of move).

Hi amiRaj,

that's so right. From the 13th month the contract costs more. The first 12 months end on 28.10. and from the day we charge the regular price for the tariff. This is also stated on your order confirmation.
