Terminate the Vodafone kabel contract before end of the contact period

Dear Vodafone,

I am currently using Vodafone Kabel internet in my temporary apartment but I have to leave and move back to the main one, where we also have Vodafone internet.

Therefore I need to cancel the current contract. I was advised to open a thread here in forum, can you please help with the termination?

Hi Christie,

I'll take a look at it. Please send me the following data by private message:

- Customer number of both contracts

- Name of the subscriber

- Address of both ports

- moving date

- Date of birth.

I handled the resignation because of your move. You will receive the written confirmation within the next days. In 2-3 days at the latest it will also be available on the customer portal under "Meine Dokumente". Then please check it and give me feedback if your request is done with it.
