Hello Sir/Madame,

My company will relocate me to the UK, so I would like to cancel my mobile and home internet contract in Germany. Since I will come back to Germany sometimes, I cannot deregister from Germany. But I can show you the contract which ask me to relocate to the UK. Could you please kindly let me know how I can cancel my number and home internet? Thank you!

Hi Sha,

you can inform us about the move for the internet and telephone contract via the removal form. All information on how to proceed can be found on this page.

There is no early notice of termination for the mobile phone contract in the event of a move. However, if you have any further questions about this, please put them in the appropriate board. Colleagues then get in touch.
