    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have cabel internet with you guys, recently upgraded from Red 200 to Red 1000 and got a Fritz Box.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't work for me.&amp;nbsp; I need to go back to a cabel modem in bridge mode with my network equipment.&amp;nbsp; If you cannot support that with Red 1000, I need to know how to return to my Red 200 contract.&amp;nbsp; Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can cancel the homebox option in the kundencenter, then they send the standard router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or you call the hotline to do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for the responses.&amp;nbsp; I escalated this with vodafone support, they informed me it would take a couple days.&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure why.&amp;nbsp; All I want to do is get my modem/network set up as it was before the change, if necessary reverting back to the old contract.&amp;nbsp; We'll see how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
