Cannot move to the new apartment, Cancel contract

Hello team,

I recently opted for Vodafone Internet contract for a new apartment which I was about to move.

Unfortunately, I cannot move there, since the person who showed us the apartment was not the landlord and he tried to scam us huge money.

Since I cannot move there I did not receive the hardware package intended to be delivered there. It is currently with DHL and they will return it to Vodafone since I did not receive it.

Also, I have not received my order confirmation.

Hence, I want to cancel my Vodafone Internet order, deactivate my account( if there's any) and delete all my details (especially my bank account number) with Vodafone.

note: I can share my order number and DHL tracking number if needed.

I have a record in the Stra... Allee 14a found. For data protection reasons, I have not completely advertised the street. But I think it was about this one. This contract has already been revoked.
