Hi,

I am leaving the country and need to cancel my contract. I tried using your phone service and the guy said end of September is fine to cancel but i need some confirmation of this...

For some reason my post was modified. The guy from Vodafone support over the phone said I can end the contract in September. I am leaving the country in October. Can someone help me? I do not speak any German so this is the only place I can figure out how to do this.

Hi jaboston,

I handled the termination under the Telecommunications Act. This means that the contract will be terminated with a notice period of 3 months from the moving date. A written confirmation by e-mail is on its way to you.
