Hello,

I am using Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable. I was happy with the internet, however, since I moved to new place, where internet is already provided, I would like to terminate my contract with Vodafone on 23.03.2020.

Since my German is not good, could any of the moderators guide me through the termination procedure in English?

which means there's already a contract at the new address?

Please send me the following data by private message:

- Customer number

- name

- Address (new and old)

- date of birth

- Moving date.

I have processed the termination at the end of the term (23.03.20). You will receive a written confirmation by e-mail within the next days. Do you have any further questions?
