      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear Sir/Madam,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was checking my bills and I was shocked to know that you are charging me a monthly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;vodafone&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;GigaTV apps fees.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I signed the contract with your representative, I was very clear I did not want a TV in my contract. I do not remember signing anything except for the internet contract. Could you send me a copy of the signed TV contract? I would like to see it before consulting with an expert. There is one possibility: your representative took advantage of me since I do not speak German and deceived me to sign something I did not want to sign so he can increase his commission.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am very disappointed at such an unethical behavior practiced by your representative. We spoke English since I do not speak German. He spoke very good English so there is no way he misunderstood what I was telling him ( I was very clear that I do not have a TV and I do not want a TV). I trusted him since he is working for a reputable company. It turned out I should not trust any representative anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please note again that I do not have a TV and I have never used the TV service provided in the contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It would be great if you could help me solve this problem by cancelling the TV contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your help is greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best regards,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have to repeat:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- I&amp;nbsp; discovered that I have a TV contract by accident while I was going through your bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2- I have never used the TV service, I do not even have a TV. I have never used it on my mobile phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3- I was very clear with your rep that I do not want a TV contract. It is my mistake I truseted your representative. You are free to believe or not believe what I have written.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, I do not have any legal right to correct this unethical behavior. Thus, I am cancelling all my contracts with vodafone forever. This should bring some justice. Thanks for your service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We cannot do anything retroactively. As a gesture of goodwill I have terminated the contract for today, more is unfortunately not possible.
