Hello,

Could you please tell the procedure for reducing the internet speed of Cable Internet to the absolute minimum bandwidth? If I'm not wrong I think 5mbps is the minimum, right?

I already have your customer data there, so I could have a look right away.

The smallest tariff in your case would be the Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable at 29,99 Euro per month. If you wish, I can finish the change with pleasure. The minimum contract duration is then 12 months.

Thank you! My current contract runs till 22.05.2020. If I downgrade my current plan to "Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable at 29,99 Euro per month" now (let's say 17.06.19), I want it to end by 17.06.2020. Would it be possible? I don't want more than one year contract extension.

that's exactly how it would be. As soon as the change is made, the 12 months start. Should I make the change?

Then please downgrade my current plan to 32mbps plan as soon as possible, if there are no additional costs involved for making the change. I guess I can still use the same WLAN router for another 12 months (until expiry of the contract).

I've processed the change now. Of course you can still use the WLAN router. A written confirmation is on the way to you.

Due to the change of tariff the cancellation is invalid. You would have to send a new cancellation if the contract is to end in 12 months.
