Hi,

I will be leaving Geramny at the end of the month and need to canel my cabel broadband contract. I have tried doing it through the online protal but they have not set the correct date for my cancellation. Can someone help me fix this ?

Hi @sean-harkin , if you leave Germany, so you have to pay 3 months additional. The correct date ist 30.11.19

Perhaps VF is waiting for a copy of the deregistration?

Thank you. I took care of the cancellation. The contract ends on 29th of november 2019. The notice period is 3 months (from the day of move).
