Hi, my client number is xxx. I am not using a german account anymore so I can't pay my bills from there. I would need it to switch to my polish account. Can you please help me with that?

Thanks for the help! Unfortunately, it looks like direct debit is not working for my polish account as nothing was charged. I switched back to the old german account. Can you please check how much do I have to pay?

The second question, I was informed that the first year of my contract is the maximum speed of internet for 19,99. After one year I should change my tariff by choosing the speed I want. Where and how I can do that? Can see the option on my online account.

Hi Dawid1,

currently I can't see that the direct debit wouldn't have worked.

After your first year, your tariff will change to 44,99 Euro. You can then choose whether the contract should continue like this or change it to the following tariffs:

- 200 MBit/s for 39,99 Euro per month

- 100 MBit/s for 34,99 Euro per month

- 50 MBit/s for 29,99 Euro per month

Just tell me here what you want.

Thanks for the fast answer. Yes, if you can please switch to the: - 50 MBit/s for 29,99 Euro per month .

Since it was changed to polish bank account I was not charged... Anyway, switched back now to german, hope it will work now.

the tariff change to 50 MBit/s I have now reserved for you. The change will take effect on 11 October. Shortly before you will get a confirmation.
