Agreement cancellation Internet at home - leaving Germany

Hi, I'm leaving Germany end of this week. I've sent my deregistration paper last Thursday 22.08 via post, but I still didn't receive any reply. Is it possible to send a scan of the document online? And also I want to know where I can send router?

I will be really grateful for any answer and help.

Dear Tina,

Why cancellation is in November, when I'm leaving Germany in August ? I will send hardware end of this week and I don't see a point in paying bills when I'm not using your service... In your shop in Munich I got assured that cancellation will work right after sending you my deregistration paper. Can we terminate agreement straight away?

Because that's the notice period under the Telecommunications Act - 3 months from the date of the move. I'm sorry, but the contract can't be terminated sooner.
