Wie kann ich Unitymedia kontaktieren, ohne sie anrufen zu müssen? Gibt es eine E-Mail, die ich auf Englisch verwenden und mit ihnen sprechen kann?

I tried the UnitymediaHilfe @facebook 3 hours ago, so far no answer. I will keep waiting. The chat is only automatic answers, right?

you can reach us in english through our digital support.

Our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Customer Center App) run via a messenger. In contrast to a live chat, the messaging process is asynchronous, similar to an email inbox.

The LiveChat connects directly to a customer advisor. If you use "Ubo" it already gives automated answers. However, you can be put through to an employee in whom you tell Ubo "Mitarbeiter" or "Mitarbeiterchat". 🙂
